  • Gold tier and higher
    • Monday to Friday: 4 AM to 8 PM
    • Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM
    • Sunday: closed
  • Silver tier
    • Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM
    • Saturday and Sunday: closed

Sign in to QuickBooks to chat with a support expert, schedule a callback from us, or get our support number.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Select your preferred way to connect.
    • Ask the community of QuickBooks users and businesses.
    • Chat with us 8 AM - 9 PM ET Mon-Fri and Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET.

English Support

Support for ProAdvisors is available Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ET (excluding holidays).
