Can I remove an item already mapped to the landed cost account?
You’re unable to remove an item that’s mapped to a landed cost account. If you need to remove it, you’ll need to make it inactive.
To do this:
- Select Lists.
- Select Item list, then select the item.
- Select Item is inactive.
- Select Make Inactive, then select OK.
