After checking the QBWin.log file, you see one of the following messages:
Verify Memorised Transaction: Orphaned Target = [XXXXX]
Unable to read Primary Record. Primary = [XXXXX]
To fix these errors:
- Run the Rebuild and Verify utilities.
- Recheck the QBWin.log file.
- If the error is still in the log file, contact the technical support for Canada to send your file to Intuit Data Services for data recovery. Note that fees may apply.
