Learn how to resolve paychecks or checks that are printed in the wrong order in QuickBooks Desktop.
Got a check or paycheck that was printed in the wrong order? Don't worry, it can be fixed in a few steps.
- Go to File, then select Printer setup.
- In the Form Name ▼ dropdown, select Check/Paycheck.
- Select Options.
- In the Page order ▼ dropdown, select either Front to back or Back to front.
Note: Page order location may vary per printer. Check your printer’s manual or contact the manufacturer if you need help.
- Select OK twice.
The next time you print checks or paychecks, they should be in the correct order.
