Did you create an invoice by mistake and now need to delete it? Follow these steps!

How to delete an invoice

  1. Go to Get paid & pay and select Invoices (Take me there).
  2. Find and select the invoice you wish to delete.
  3. On the Invoice page, select More at the bottom then Delete.
  4. Select Yes to confirm.

You can also delete invoice(s) from the Invoices list

  1. Go to Get paid & pay and select Invoices (Take me there).
  2. Find the invoice(s) you wish to delete.
  3. Go to the Action column and from the dropdown, select Delete.

Once the invoice has been deleted, you can only view it from the Audit Log.

Note: You can delete multiple invoices at once. To do so, simply select all the invoices you wish to delete, select the Batch actions button and select Delete.

No. Unfortunately there is no option to do so in QuickBooks.

You can make multiple customers inactive all at the same time in Customers. Simply select all the customers and select the Batch actions button, then select Make inactive.
