How does my employee reset their own password?

The employee can also reset their own password by following these instructions.

  1. Have the employee go to https://www.paycheckrecords.com.
  2. Have them select Forgot password and answer the questions.
  3. At the end of the process we'll email a temporary password to them.
Note When your employee is prompted to enter in the temporary password, it is case sensitive. Best option to make sure it gets entered in correctly is to copy and paste the password received via email and make sure there are no extra spaces before or after.
