Since January 31, 2019, a number of QuickBooks Online Accountant customers have already been migrated to the new Client Dashboard (CDB) experience. This move is to ensure that all QBOA customers benefit and have access to one CDB experience and future improvements.
In the new Dashboard, the Bookkeeping and Payroll columns are not included in the client list.
Note: Groups won't be included in this current release due to performance issues.

Why did this change happen?
This is to bring all the customers to the same experience. This new format will also be on more robust technology which will help us have a much easier time to develop new functionalities for customers in the future.
Why did my Bookkeeping and Payroll columns disappear from my client list?
These columns are no longer available in the new client list. Just select the client name to view the available information.
I don’t like the new list.

How can I edit the columns?
If you want to hide the columns, select the Gear icon beside the Client drop-down, then uncheck the columns you don’t want to see.
