Your file is now fixed and ready to be downloaded!

  1. Go to File Exchange.
  2. Sign in with your Case Number, Email, and PIN. This can be found in the Welcome email.
    Note: The Case Number is on the subject line of the email.
  3. Download the appropriate file. The returned file is named Fixed_YourCompanyFileName and has the most recent timestamp.
    Note: Don't forget to download the ReadMe.doc file. It contains your log in information and a quick summary of what's fixed on your file.
