What you may be experiencing:

When going into a sales receipt in either QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale V18 or V12 it will intermittently only show the payment method of cash, along with displaying the store option even though they are not running multi store.

What you can try now:

  • Restart Point of Sale or reboot computer
