There are two ways to export your customer list to Excel. The information you can bring into Excel depends on the method you choose.

Exporting customer data from the customers page

From the Customers page, you can export Customer, Company, Address, Phone, Email, Currency, Balance, and Notes:

  1. From the left menu, select Sales, then Customers.
  2. Select the Export icon (next to the Print icon).
  3. Choose Export to Excel

Exporting customer data from the customers page

From the Reports page, you can customize and export the Customer Contact List to bring more information into Excel.

  1. From the left menu, select Reports.
  2. In the Sales and Customers section, find Customer Contact List.
  3. Select the three vertical dots icon, then Customize.
  4. Under Rows/Columns drop-down, select Change Columns.
  5. Add your desired columns, then Run report.
  6. Select Save customization at the upper right.
  7. (Optional) Fill out the fields.
  8. Select Save.

  9. Select the Export icon (next to the Print icon).
  10. Choose Export to Excel

Now you're able to export customer data to Excel.
