As you approach year end, you'll want to confirm that all compensation, benefits, and withholdings for each employee are correct in QuickBooks Online.

To review compensation and benefits for an employee:

  1. Select Employees from the left menu.
  2. Select an employee from the list.
  3. Select the edit pencil next to Pay.
  4. Review the employee's pay types, pay schedule, and deductions. Select the edit pencil next to any information you need to update.
  5. Select Done.
