If your email account isn't receiving messages from Intuit's do_not_reply email address there are several simple steps you can take to fix this problem. This important Intuit email address provides users with information such as login verification codes.

Note:  If you are using a corporate email account, you may need to work with your IT department or administrator to complete the process.

 

 

How to troubleshoot missing emails

When trying to troubleshoot missing emails there are a few things to think about. They are the following:

  • Validation code emails during sign-in come from do_not_reply@intuit.com and usually take 1–2 minutes before you receive it. Make sure to check your spam/junk folders.
  • Most email domains offer a search option. Search your all of your folders (including spam/junk) for the email address “do_not_reply@intuit.com”.

Some email domains may block @intuit communications on their servers. Here are a few steps to try:

  1. Send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com. This should trigger the email domain to recognise the @intuit domain as a trusted site. Then try your request again.
  2. Wait at least 5 minutes after requesting a new verification code to see if the email appears in your inbox.
  3. If the email does not appear after 10 minutes, please contact your email provider to evaluate security settings for your email profile.
