You can easily edit the subscription billing information for your firm's clients, and the information in your personal profile from the Your Account page in QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Update payment information

You can update the credit card information used for your subscriptions, or your own billing information, from either the Your subscriptions or Billing details tab

To update payment information

  1. Select the Gear icon, and under Your Company, select Your Account.

  2. Select either the Your subscriptions or Billing details tab.
  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the appropriate fields in the Payment Information section.
  5. Select Subscribe.

Your payment or subscription information is updated.

Update personal information

You can update your personal profile, including your contact information or preferences and the security information you use when you sign in.

To update personal information:

  1. Select the Gear icon, and under Your Company, select Your Account.

  2. On the Personal profile tab, select Edit personal information.
  3. Enter or update the fields in the Contact information or Contact preferences section as necessary.
  4. Select Update.

  5. (Optional) Select the Change sign in info link in the Your Sign In Information section and follow the prompts to update the information you use to sign in.

Your personal information is updated as you specified.
