In most cases, you can change your email address within QuickBooks Online. If you're unable to log into your online account, you may need to submit an Email Change Request.

Note: Email Change Request is only for QuickBooks Online. If you are using QuickBooks Desktop and you need to change your email address, please contact us.

To keep your company data safe, we'll need to verify your identity before changing the email address associated with your Intuit account.

Please file an Email Change Request. Fill out the form with necessary information and attach a copy of your photo ID.

This process should be completed within 3–4 business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT). Expect an email notification from no_response@intuit.com for the status of your request.
