What you may be experiencing:

At a remote store location, when using the Quick Search on the home page, the QTY showing is for the HQ Qty, not the expected Remote Store QTY.

What you can try now:

A workaround would be to navigate to the Item List and search for the item, which will show QTY specific to the store once you add the column for the Store's QTY.

Current Status:

We do our best to resolve as many issues as we can identify, but have to focus on those that have the largest impact. This issue will remain open , but there is no set plan to provide scheduled updates. Once we have new and relevant information, we will communicate that to you.
