Learn how to manage your account, billing, and contact info for QuickBooks Desktop apps and subscriptions on CAMPS (camps.intuit.com).

Do you use QuickBooks Desktop, Payroll for Desktop, or add-on services like Intuit Data Protect? CAMPS (Customer Account Management Portal Site) makes it easy for you to do the following:

  • Update account, payment, and contact info
  • Invite or remove account users
  • Get info about your current products and subscriptions (such as software status, and license or product numbers)
  • Cancel or renew your subscriptions
  • Download QuickBooks

Log into CAMPS

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Log in with your Intuit account info.
  3. Select the tile for QuickBooks Desktop.
    Note: If you can’t find QuickBooks Desktop, select Find by email. It’s possible your Desktop app or service is registered with a different email address.

Having trouble signing in? Be sure to use the email address you registered your QuickBooks app or subscription with. If you can’t remember it, send us an email change request.

Manage products and services

The "Products & Services" section on the CAMPS dashboard shows all your registered Desktop apps and subscriptions.

Can't find your app or subscription? Select Show All. If you still can't find it, select the drop-down at the top right, then make sure you're on the right Desktop account.

Manage QuickBooks Desktop account info

Your important account info (like Customer Account Number (CAN), account name, phone number, and primary mailing address) is on the right side of your CAMPS dashboard.

Need to change your business name? Send us a business name change request.

Note: Only the Primary Contact of the account can change the primary mailing and all other addresses on the account.

View transaction and order history

CAMPS can show you charges that have been billed to your account in the last 2 years.

Note: We also email invoices to the Primary Contact.

If you can’t find an invoice, get in touch with us.

Manage payment info

The "Payment Methods" section shows your credit cards and bank accounts, and for what subscriptions or apps they’re used.

You’ll get alerts here if a card is expired, or if you need to update your payment info.

Keep in mind

  • Only the Primary Contact can update or remove payment info.
  • If you need to update your billing info for your payroll subscription, contact us.

Manage account contacts and users

Scroll down the CAMPS dashboard to see the “Primary Contact” and “Authorized Users” sections.

Update your CAMPS login and other personal info

Here's where you can update your CAMPS login and profile info.

  1. Select the drop-down at the top right.
  2. Select My Profile.

Note: The changes you make in your Profile won't apply to your contact info for QuickBooks Desktop and other services. To update your contact info, follow the steps in "Manage account contacts and users" section.
