In case you can't see your latest data in the app, you can pull the page down to refresh the data.
If you still don't see your latest data, you can refresh all the QuickBooks Online data on your device (it may take a few minutes).
- iPhone: From the main menu, select Help & Feedback > Refresh Data.
- iPad: From the main menu, select Settings > About > Re-download data.
- Android: From the main menu, select Settings > Refresh Data.
And, of course, make sure you’re connected to the Internet so that QuickBooks Online can update your data.
