Why haven't you deposited my funds?

When we can't debit your bank account, we may not be able to deposit your money as we usually do.

Intuit tried to debit my account and it didn't work. What can I do to fix this?

We collect payments for our service by debiting the bank account where we deposit your funds. When a debt is rejected, we'll let you know. Refer to Resolve ACH returns on your payments account for a list of reject codes and steps to resolve each one.

Why do I have more than one payments account opened when I only applied once?

If you have filed Bankruptcy, please have your Bankruptcy lawyer send your Bankruptcy documentation to us at the address listed at the bottom of this article.

Why would I owe anything if I never used the account?

You can change this information in the Merchant Service Center. If you can't sign in to the Merchant Service Center, call us at 800-558-9558.

How do I pay my outstanding balance?
