QuickBooks Payments account

You have processed transactions in the past 90 days

Please call our care team at (800) 558-9558. Verification from the principal owner of the account is necessary.

You have not processed transactions in the past 90 days

  1. Submit your cancelation request in writing. The following information is necessary to allow us to process your request:
    Business name
    Account number
    Reason for closing
    Signature of the primary owner listed on the account
  2. Send your cancelation request to:

Need to reactivate your account? You may reactivate your existing account within 5 months by contacting us at the Online Service Center.

Mobile Payments (GoPayment) account

One of the great things about mobile payments is that we offer two pricing options to choose from based on whether or not you would like to pay a monthly fee.

If you would like to convert your mobile payments High-Volume account to Pay-as-you-Go, contact support at 1-800-558-9558.

If you would still like for us to cancel your account, please follow the steps listed above.

Gift Card account

If you have a QuickBooks Point-of-Sale o- a Gift-Card payments account, we will need to take some steps with you on the phone to close the account.
