You can change the information associated with your user account, such as your name, address, phone, email address, user ID, password, and challenge question.

If you have appropriate access, you can change another user's name, access rights, and the email address that appears on the Manage Users page. You cannot change another person's user ID, password, or the email address associated with their user ID.

To change your own sign-in information:

  1. Go to
  2. Sign in and edit the information as required.
Tip: You can also get to this page by selecting the Gear icon at the top, then User Profile.

To change information for another user:

Your user account must have the appropriate permissions to change the user information that displays on the Manage Users page. Note that editing information on that page does not change the name or email address that is tied to the person's user ID. It just changes what displays on your company's Manage Users page.

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Manage Users.
  2. Select the user that you want to change, then click Edit.
  3. Update the information.
