Updating your account information is fast and easy using the Merchant Service Center.

To protect the security of your payments account, only users with Full Admin access can see and change information in your account profile and only the principal’s user id (Master Admin User ID or MMA) can make change requests to update the DDA (Direct Deposit Account) on file.

The following information can be changed using MSC (Merchant Service Center):

Business Information

  • Doing Business As (this is the name your customer will see on their receipts)
  • Industry type
  • Ownership type
  • Website address

Deposit Account Information

  • Account type: Checking -or- Savings
  • Routing number
  • Account number
  • Account nickname

Contact information

  • Physical and Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Customer service number (for your customer to view)
  • Contact email

There are changes that require review. If the changes do not immediately appear, please allow 48 hours for the changes to take effect or call us at (800) 558 9558 to confirm your change (if the changes involve Tax ID, SSN or Legal Business Name, it is required to create a new account with the correct information).


 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the Account menu, click Account Profile.
  3. Find the section that needs updates and click Edit.
    NOTE: For your protection, you may be prompted to enter the last four digits of your business Tax ID or SSN.

 

Change Business Information

  1. Go to the Account Holder/Business Information section and click Edit.
  2. Change your business information as desired and then Submit.
    IMPORTANT: Remember that your Doing Business As name must match the name on your deposit bank account.
 

Change Deposit Account Information

IMPORTANT: Only the Principal User ID of the account can update the DDA (Direct Deposit Account) on file.
A deposit account must be:

  • US based bank account
  • Transactional account. Intuit should be able to deposit and withdraw funds from the account.
  • The name on the account must be the same as the name you entered in Doing Business As (DBA) field.
 
  1. Go to the Deposit Account Information section and click Edit.
  2. For security, you will be prompted to confirm your identity thru SMS or a phone call. We will provide you a 6-digit code via any of the phone numbers we have on file for you.
  3. Select the method you wish to receive the code. You can choose to receive a text or an automated voice call to get the confirmation code.
  4. Enter the Account Type, Routing Number and Account Number.
  5. Click Submit.
 

Change Contact Information

  1. Go to the Contact Information section and click Edit.
  2. For security, you will be prompted to confirm your identity thru either SMS or a phone call. We will provide you a 6-digit code via any of the phone numbers we have on file for you.
  3. Select the method you wish to receive the code. You can choose to receive a text or an automated voice call to get the confirmation code.
  4. Change your contact information as desired and click Submit.
    NOTE: You must use a a Physical address not PO box.
