If we can't bill your credit card, we put your account on hold. Billing issues can happen if your card expires or if your card is no longer valid or is declined.  

A quick update to your card will fix the issue and get you back to tracking your expenses and racking up deductions. The next time you come back and try to sign in to the app, we'll ask you to update your billing card.

In case you're wondering, we store your data for up to a year. After you update your info, you'll be able to get right back to business with all your earlier data. For customers whose accounts are on hold or suspended, we delete their data after one year. At that point, you can still use the sign-in credentials you had before, but you'll be starting over with new data.
