Free trial cancellation

If you're in a free trial, there's no need to cancel cancellation happens automatically at the end of the trial and you won't be billed.

If you're in a hurry, however, you can follow these steps:
  1. Click the Gear icon () in the upper right of any page. 
  2. Click Cancel Trial in the drop-down menu that appears.

Paid subscription cancellation


To cancel your paid subscription:
  1. Click the Gear icon () in the upper right of any page. 
  2. Click Billing Info in the drop-down menu that appears.
  3. Click Cancel now in the Cancel section toward the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter a reason for canceling and add any comments you want to share with us.
  5. Click Cancel subscription.
  6. Click Cancel subscription one more time, or, if you changed your mind, click Keep your subscription. (We want to give you one last chance to change your mind and hang on to your deductions.)

Please note that once you have canceled, you won’t have access to your data! We recommend saving what you need prior to canceling.
