If you've received an email notification indicating your backup failed with an Error # 2229, this simply means you canceled the backup process before it could complete.
Depending on the amount of data you've selected for backup, it may take some time for your initial backup to complete. Your first backup will always take longer than any subsequent backup. We recommend you simply let the backup process run to completion.
