Use the instructions below to attach your payments account to your QuickBooks company file.
Note: Only one payments account can be linked to one QuickBooks company file at a time. If you attempt to link an your account to a different file (while it is still active in a previous file), a prompt will appear asking if you want to transfer the payments account to the new file from the old file.
- In QuickBooks, choose Customers > Link Payment Service to Company File.
- Enter the User ID and Password that you created when signing up and click Link Service.
- Congratulations, your payment account has been linked to your file!
