Use the instructions below to attach your payments account to your QuickBooks company file.

Note: Only one payments account can be linked to one QuickBooks company file at a time.  If you attempt to link an your account to a different file (while it is still active in a previous file), a prompt will appear asking if you want to transfer the payments account to the new file from the old file.

Detailed instructions

  1. In QuickBooks, choose Customers > Link Payment Service to Company File.
  2. Enter the User ID and Password that you created when signing up and click Link Service.
  3. Congratulations, your payment account has been linked to your file!
