Is there a way to save a customer's credit card information in the customer center of my company data file for QuickBooks for Mac?


Currently, QuickBooks for Mac does not support saving customer credit card information, except at the time of processing a credit card payment. At this point, the information is saved on a secure server for use with future transactions.

Although the customer details screen allows for custom fields for storing valuable customer data, these fields cannot be used for processing credit cards. Due to merchant requirements surrounding PCI compliance, these fields should not be used to store credit card information.
