Troubleshooting missing emails
  • For sign-in validation code emails, the confirmation code email comes from do_not_reply@intuit.com and is usually received 1-2 minutes after requesting the code. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
  • Most email domains offer a search option. Search your entire email inbox for the email address do_not_reply@intuit.com
Specific email domains may deny @intuit communications through their servers. Here are some steps to try:
  1. Please send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com  This should trigger the email domain to recognize the @intuit domain as a trusted site.
  2. Wait at least 5 minutes to see if the email appears in your inbox.
  3. If the email does not appear after 10 minutes, please contact your email domain provider to evaluate security settings for your email profile.
In some cases, an email domain provider may have @intuit IP address blocked form their server. However, you can usually contact them  to allow our emails to pass through.
