Banking error 102 or 105 simply means QuickBooks Online is unable to connect to your bank’s website at this moment. Each error often resolves itself within 24 hours.

To see if you can connect, select Update on the Banking page. If you still can’t connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again. 

If you’re still seeing this error after 72 hours, please contact QuickBooks Online Support.
