If you are able to log into QuickBooks Online and want to reset your password or change your login information, use these steps.

To reset password or change login information

  1. Go to https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html and sign in.
  2. Select Edit to change your user ID or email. You must choose a user ID that we do not have on file.
  3. Select Security from the left menu to edit your password.
Alternatively, you can follow these steps from within QuickBooks Online:
  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select User Profile (If you don't see User Profile, you will need to go to Your Account, then select Update Your Personal Information, then Change sign in info.)
  3. Select Edit to change your user ID or email. You must choose a user ID that we do not have on file.
  4. Select Security from the left menu to edit your password.
