Note: These steps require that you have access to the email account you used to sign up for QuickBooks Online. If you no longer have access, you'll need to follow the email change request process .
To reset your password or recall your user ID
- Go to the QuickBooks Online sign in page:
- Click I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Enter your phone number, email address, or user ID and click Continue.
- The screen will prompt you with next steps.
If you used your email address to verify your account and didn't receive the email with password reset instructions, consider the options below:
- Check your spam or junk folders.
- Add email@example.com to your contact list.
