If you can't locate the approval emailFor QuickBooks Online
- Sign out in QuickBooks Online, then sign back in.
- Select the Gear icon > Account and Settings (or Company Settings) > Payments.
- If you see the Learn More and Connect buttons, your QuickBooks Merchant Account isn’t ready and you need to call 800-558-9558 to check the application status and get more information.
- If you see the Manage Details button and a Merchant Account Number, you're ready to start accepting credit cards in QuickBooks Online and need to complete the setup interview.
- Go to the QuickBooks Mobile Payments website and download the app on your mobile device.
- Follow the steps to download the QuickBooks Mobile Payments app on your phone and get started!
