You can quickly and easily change any of the following business information for your payment account directly from the Merchant Service Center.
- Account Holder/Business Information:
- Legal Business Name
- Doing Business As (DBA)
- Industry Type
- Ownership Type
- Tax ID
- Website Address
- Contact Information
To make your changes, perform the following steps:
- Sign in to the Merchant Service Center using your username and password for your payment account.
- Choose Account>Account Profile from the menu at the top.
- Perform one of the following operations depending on whether you want to change your Account Holder/Business Information or your Contact Information.
Change Account Holder/Business Information
- Go to the Account Holder/Business Information section and click Update. Please note that you will be prompted to enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number or SSN.
- Change your business information as desired and then click Submit. Please note that those fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be populated in order to complete the update. Also please note that you can click any underlined (or hyperlinked) field for additional information on completing the field.
Change Contact Information
- Go to the Contact Information section and click Edit.
- Change your contact information as desired and then click Save. Please note that those fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be populated in order to complete the update.
