You can quickly and easily change any of the following business information for your Payments account through the Merchant Service Center.

  • Account Holder/Business Information:
    • Legal Business Name
    • Doing Business As (DBA)
    • Industry Type
    • Ownership Type
    • Tax ID
    • Website Address
  • Contact Information

To update information for your Payments account:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center using your Payments account username and password.
  2. Select Account then Account Profile from the menu at the top.
  3. Depending on the type of information you want to change, perform one of the following operations:
    • Change Account Holder/Business Information
      1. Go to the Account Holder/Business Information section and select Update. Please note that you will be prompted to enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number or SSN.
      2. Change your business information as desired then select Submit. Please note that those fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be populated in order to complete the update. Also please note that you can select any underlined (or hyperlinked) field for additional information on completing the field.
    • Change Contact Information
      1. Go to the Contact Information section and select Edit.
      2. Change your contact information as desired and then select Save. Please note that those fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be populated in order to complete the update.
