This feature is available for QuickBooks (for PC) Pro, Premier, Enterprise 2014 and newer running on a supported operating system (Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10).

First, make sure that you link your mobile payments account to QuickBooks. You only have to do this once.

NOTE: A supported version of QuickBooks must be installed on the computer initiating the download. The mobile payments download process will not work on a remote/VPN connection or in terminal services.

When are transactions available for download?

Mobile payments transactions are available for download as payments to your customers (when using a supported version of QuickBooks) as soon as the sale has been processed; the batch does not need to be closed.

Transactions are automatically batched together at 3PM PST every day. These batches are then sent to Intuit for processing.

TIP:  Make sure you have plenty of time to complete the tasks below as you can only see your payments once in order to download them correctly.

Detailed instructions

1. Open QuickBooks and go to the Get Online Payments window from the Customers drop-down menu or select Merchant Service Deposits on the home screen.

2. Select Mobile Transactions and click OK.


3. You will then be taken into the Merchant Service Deposits screen. The Mobile transactions will all be under Add Online Payments.


Note: Mobile Transactions will be labeled so under the Source column. If the customer name is showing incorrect, it can always be edited by typing in the box under the Customer column.

Once the transactions have been recorded, they will show under the green Recorded tab.
