Customers are getting a PS077 Error when downloading the Tax Table, if you encounter this issue, please try the following steps to resolve it:
- Close QuickBooks, and then open the Windows task manager and verify that no QuickBooks products are running in the background.
- Reopen QuickBooks and try to get Payroll Updates.
- If the steps above do not work, Repair QuickBooks.
