Unable to Connect to Company File After Windows 10 Update

When trying to connect to the company file over a network, customers are being prompted for a Windows password within QuickBooks or are receiving an error that states "It appears that the QuickBooks software on computer [server name] is set up to allow shared connections to the company file, but the QuickBooks software on your computer is unable to communicate with it."
