How it works

1. Order and pay for your training online or by phone.
2. Schedule the date/time of your training by following the directions of your order confirmation email.
   
3. Read your follow-up email that provides details of the time/date you selected, the name of your QuickBooks expert, and useful tips to prepare you for your training session.
4. Begin learning when your QuickBooks expert calls you on the date/time selected through 1:1 virtual training over the desktop and phone.

If you require additional services beyond those provided in your Set-up & Training session, your QuickBooks expert will be happy to further assist you. And, if if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, notify us within 60 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No risk. No hassles.

-What hardware or software do I need to use QuickBooks Set-up & Training Services?

• High-speed internet connection for the computer on which QuickBooks will be loaded.
