1. helps if you know Tenants by name and where they live
2. QB will list your Tenants in alpha order
3. tends to work better when integrating with other programs

3. How to enter property management fees and assorted paid expenses?
a. Use Sales Receipt: rent as positive amount, expenses as positive amount
b. Total amount should equal amount on the check.
