Intuit Field Service Management (IFSM) comes with one free user and with that you get one free non-login user. After that you must purchase more users. Intuit does not sell one user licenses, so the first purchase you can make is a 3 user license but this will get you 9 more non-login users. So other than purchasing more users there is no way to create a list of techs that you can assign jobs to.
