Your permission level for this application does not allow you to access that page
Today I signed up for ViewmyPaycheck, but I cannot get anything to work. When I try to send the paychecks I get a popup for that there was a problem identifying your application. and then it says Insufficient permissions (Error 3, Detail: Your permission level for this application does not allow you to access that page)
When I go to the workplace.intuit.com and log in, it starts to load and then I get Error Code: 3 Insufficient permissions Your permission level for this application does not allow you to access that page Querying table _dbid_company dbid: bguc2rr79
I am the only user on this account and my role is Company Administrator. I clicked the email to verify my email address. I know we have a current subscription of QB Payroll (and my payroll direct deposit went through successfully earlier today.) I don't know what else to do to make this work.
