Writing letters with ProSeries
What happened to the practice manager for ProSeries? How can I do a mail merge into a year-end letter for my clients using regular ProSeries? It seems like there is only one global letter template.

While you can edit the standard global letter that prints the easiet thing to do if you want do do a mail merge is form the print labels instead of printing the labels create a csv file that you can export to Word or Excel then create your letter and do the mail merge

PS letters, mailing labels, & data exporting has never been very good... maybe someday they're cut a deal with Microsoft... in the meantime you can continue to suffer with us...
