Is there a way to wrap the text in a customized data field. Similar to how QB wraps the "description" to muliple lines. We have a col. for serial numbers, but cannot paste a large number in the field.
You can't. These are fields of limited size. For Items, I think the limit is 20 characters.
You can append to the Description text. For instance, I start mine with "Shipping:" when I set up the Other Charge item description, and then, on an invoice, I can append "to job site, accepted by and signed by T. Jones."
