won't let me merge certain accounts
Quickbooks won't let me merge two accounts because one of them is "reserved for the online banking feature." What does that mean?
And how can I change it?

The solution
You have setup online banking for one of the accounts you want to merge. You can edit an account and disable the online banking feature and then attempt to merge.
