Is there a problem with the WI returns to cause the delayed acknowledgements? On the returns I have filed after February 2nd have come back with a delayed acknowledgement status. Any idea on what is causing the issue?
intuit and wisconsin are having difficulties with the acknowledgements--next time you download acknowledgements --scroll thru-pay attention to the yellow triangles-explanation is there
On my system, all the yellow triangle indicated is that the acknowledgement is being delayed. Any indication on when the issue is going to be resolved? I hope it gets resolved soon because I've checked on a couple returns via the state's refund website and they all say the refunds have been adjusted and no refund will be issued. I checked quite a few of them and they all the same message--I have a dependent that is 15 and she was scheduled for a state refund of $53----it is hard to believe that she would have debt collection issues! Oh, I'm not looking forward to the onslaught of calls coming in the next couple of days due to this delay!
do not have that issue--so sounds like something amiss at Wisconsin end-i'd get with them to see what they have to say-get with your clients to see if deposited or not
in my case the Indiana refunds are being deposited normally--i just don't get the acceptance till days later that it was accepted
i'm still waiting for federal deposits for e-files 1/17-they are supposed to deposit finally tomorrow
