Will Quickbooks calculate my mileage rate for me? How can I keep track of mileage per vechile.

Yes. Go to the Company menu, then to Enter Vehicle Mileage. From this window you can set up your Vehicles, set the mileage rates by date and enter mileage for each Vehicle - even assigning a Customer: Job. Then you can print mileage reports by vehicle. I love this feature!
