Why the Chart accounts is not displyaying the default accounts in QB2011

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

After create the company the default account list is not displayed in qb 2011. The issue started several days ago. Previous comapny creation were done sucessfully.

 Bring up the chart of accounts, use the button bottom left and select sort

If that does not work, use the main menu File>Utilities>Rebuild and Verify run it as many times as necessary until it completes, then close QB and re-open it and see if it helped
