Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. Why do I receive script page error messages every time the program updates?

ProSeries : 2011

I receive page script error when pro series updates.

In the qb forums this generally relates to Live community.  If you close that can you get Pro Series to update?

Hello Debi

Thank you for your reply.  The thread is from a prior year and I also could not get it to open.  The program appears to update when I answer "yes" to the question 'do you want to continue running scripts on this page?'  What concerns me is that the update could be faulty or something else is wrong that I am not aware of.  In any event, this error message should not be there.  I did send an email via 'my proseries' and when they respond, I will post the answer.  I do appreciate your help.
