Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). If you're using QB Accountant 2011, you can't open files from 2012 or Enterprise.If you're a ProAdvisor, you should have both of these programs too.  So, what year, edition of QB is the client using?  What file type did they send you -- QBW, QBB, QBM or QBX?  That determines what you select under File > Open or Restore
