Why can't I move the Icon bar anymore in QuickBooks Enterprise 9.0?

Why can't I move the Icon bar anymore in QuickBooks Enterprise 9.0?
In previous versions, I could move part of the icon bar below the centers and have more room for Icon space.
Is there a way to move it in 9.0?

The reaon you cannot move the icon bar into two rows (as you could with previous versions) is because Intuit needs to address the problem. So far they have done nothing about it. We are all int the same boat. The inability to split the icon bar into two rows with the 2009 version, drives me bonkers.
