Why can't I make the create letters template work when I try to convert a word document into a mailshot template
The create letters function does not appear to work. Whenever I follow the steps in the wizard to create a new template from and existin word document, quickbooks opens the document as selected, but then there does not appear to be any way of inserting the quickbooks fields. When I select this template to create leters, quickbooks tells me that there are no quickbooks fields in this template, and to select another one. It appears that the create letters template is not working properly.
