WHICH ATTACHMENTS FOR 1120S EFILE? ARE THERE SPECIFIC FORMS THAT ARE EFILE FOR FEDERAL? DO I NEED TO SCAN THE ENTIRE RETURN AND SEND AS THE ATACHMENT? SHOULD I FOLLOW THE SAME PROCESS FOR THE NEW YORK STATE RETURN AS WELL?

What if the stapler is broken, should he use paperclips prior to the e-filing>?
Can't trust paper clips. The returns are transmitted so fast that I have had paper clipped pages fall out. You have no idea what a challenge it can be to transmit the errant pages. Besides if they drop it or take the clip off after they receive the efle, who knows what mayhem might ensue?!?!
Best to replace the stapler before e-filing. In a pinch, a hole punch and the old style brass fasteners will suffice.
